Introduce them to HoloRhythm and receive $75 for every new student who enrolls in ongoing weekly instruction and successfully completes their first $300 monthly tuition payment.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals who recommend new students to HoloRhythm.

A qualifying referral must be a new student who enrolls in the $300/month Ongoing Weekly Music Instruction program and successfully completes their first monthly tuition payment.

Introductory lessons ($60) and individual lessons ($85) do not independently qualify for a referral reward. However, a referred student who begins with either option and subsequently enrolls in ongoing weekly instruction remains eligible.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying students you may refer.

2. Referral Attribution

To receive credit, the prospective student must identify you by name and, preferably, email address when submitting their HoloRhythm student application.

Referrals must be attributed before the student's first ongoing monthly tuition payment. Retroactive referral claims are not guaranteed.

Only one referral reward may be issued per new student. If multiple individuals claim the same referral, HoloRhythm will determine attribution using the earliest verifiable introduction or application record.

3. Reward & Payout Timing

A $75 referral reward is earned when the referred student successfully completes their first $300 monthly tuition payment.

Rewards become eligible for payment 14 calendar days after the qualifying tuition payment, provided the payment has not been refunded, reversed, or disputed.

Approved rewards will be paid within seven business days after that verification period, using a mutually agreed payment method.

HoloRhythm may request the information reasonably necessary to process payment and meet applicable tax-reporting requirements.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Payment Disputes

If the qualifying tuition payment is refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed before the referral reward is paid, the reward will not be issued.

If a student cancels future monthly renewal after completing a qualifying, nonrefunded first payment, the referral remains eligible for the reward.

If a qualifying payment is reversed after a reward has already been issued, HoloRhythm reserves the right to recover the corresponding reward or offset it against future referral payments, where permitted by law.

5. Promotional Disclosure & Conduct

Anyone publicly promoting HoloRhythm in exchange for referral compensation must clearly disclose that they may receive payment when someone enrolls through their recommendation.

Disclosures should be clear, visible, and placed alongside the recommendation. For example:

“I may receive a $75 referral payment if you enroll in ongoing lessons with HoloRhythm.”

Referral partners must represent HoloRhythm's services, pricing, and enrollment process accurately. Misleading claims, unsolicited spam, impersonation, and unauthorized use of HoloRhythm branding are prohibited.

Referral partners are independent participants and are not employees or authorized representatives of HoloRhythm.

6. Program Administration

Referral rewards are available only for genuine new student enrollments. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent transactions, and referrals for students already enrolled in ongoing instruction are not eligible.

HoloRhythm may review referral claims, request verification, and decline rewards associated with fraudulent activity or violations of these terms.

HoloRhythm may modify or discontinue the program with notice. Changes will apply prospectively and will not eliminate rewards already earned under the terms in effect when the qualifying payment occurred.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
